- Pirate salvage
- Crimson Wake / Iron Hyenas / Voidsingers now can drop ship mods.
- Fleet hulls get one Auxiliary slot
- ECM Suite - evasion up, shields slightly down.
- Fire Control Array - attack & rapidfire (unlocks after ECM).
- Field Coil Package - flat shield, small speed penalty.
- Combat cargo options
- Light Stores Bay - more cargo capacity, slower.
- War Reserves Locker - less cargo, bonus shield (unlocks after Light Stores).
- Existing designs keep working; open Ship Designer to use the new Auxiliary tab where your hull allows it.

Cadet Corps is live

- Cadet Corps a full referral and recruitment system.
- Invite players, track your roster, climb liaison ranks, and earn Dark Matter when your cadets grow.
- Rewards
- Dark Matter is paid on the referral cycle when cadets gain fleet rating
- Your corps rank applies a bonus multiplier to those payouts
- Co-op bonus: if you and a cadet were both online within the last hour, you can both receive extra officer levels
- Cadets must reach the server operational point threshold before they count fully for rewards

Pirate Factions - System Update

- The pirate threat has evolved.
- Stations across the galaxy are no longer nameless targets, they are now controlled by one of three rival pirate factions, each with its own fleet doctrine, preferred loot, and attitude toward intruders.
- Three Pirate Factions Now Active:
- Crimson Wake - Fast, aggressive, and relentless raiders.
- Iron Hyenas - Heavy fleet specialists built for brute-force engagements.
- Voidsingers - Elusive and unsettling forces operating from the shadows.
- Dreadnought - Flagship World Event
- Every few hours, a named Pirate Flagship will emerge somewhere in the universe, bringing a high-risk encounter and valuable rewards for those capable of taking it down.
Massive UI & 3D Overhaul in Progress

- A lot is currently being worked on behind the scenes, primarily focused on UI improvements and new content in preparation for the upcoming permanent server. A major overhaul is also underway, including new 3D elements and visual upgrades.

Exchange Rate

- Changed the regular Resource Merchant exchange rate from 4:2:1 to 3:2:1 ratio. This affects Metal, Crystal, and Deuterium trades through the merchant. Fleet Merchant ship selling tax is unchanged.
Megastructure upgrades

Sentry Update Deployed

- Scan has been expanded into a dedicated tab featuring Intel Posture indicators, Watchlist tracking, shrouded resource readings, and bait detection markers.
- Players can now pin targets for live range monitoring and instant fleet dispatch access.
- New Ops abilities are now available: Signal Shroud conceals exact resource data from weaker scans, while Bait Footprint injects false readings into enemy intel sweeps.
- Intel comparisons between Sentry levels now determine how accurately contacts can be read, or whether your sweep risks detection.
