Data Safety & Deletion Request

At Stellaforge, we keep operational data to run the browser and mobile game. This page summarizes what we hold and how to request deletion or other privacy requests, no matter how you signed up (email/password, Google, Apple, or other linked providers).

1. What We Typically Store

• Account: Email (if provided), username/commander name, internal user ID, linked sign-in provider identifiers where used
• Gameplay: Progress, fleets, resources, alliances, messages or reports tied to your account
• Technical & security: Logs needed for abuse prevention, support, and service reliability
• Optional tools: Analytics, crash, or notification data only if those features are enabled and permitted by your cookie or device choices

2. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You may ask us to delete your Stellaforge account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent for game progress tied to that account, subject to limited legal or security retention (e.g. billing records where required).

By email (recommended):

1. Send email to [email protected] from an address you can access
2. Subject: Data Deletion Request – Stellaforge
3. Include: your in-game username or commander name, the email on the account (if any), and which sign-in method you use (Google, Apple, email/password, Steam, Facebook, etc.)
4. If you know it, add your Player ID or universe/server name (from in-game settings or profile)

We may ask for a quick verification step to confirm you own the account.

We aim to respond within 30 days (sooner when possible) and confirm when deletion is complete.

3. Other Ways to Request

• While logged in: use account or settings at https://stellaforge.com/index.php?page=settings if available for your account type, or in-game support/ticket with the words Data Deletion Request.
• After deletion, you can also remove Stellaforge from Google, Apple, or other provider "Apps with access" lists in your own account settings.

4. Access, Correction, Portability

You may request a copy or correction of personal data we hold, or portability where applicable. Email [email protected] with the same identifying details as above. Regional laws (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) may give you additional rights.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected unauthorized access to support.
